Zaalouk: Tomato-Eggplant Dip
The sister to Baba Ghanoush, Zaalouk is a Moroccan eggplant dip that shares the stage with tomato (and lots of olive oil). This dip is perfect served warm or cold, depending on the weather- and always eaten with a slice of crispy bread.
