Instructions
Step 1
Chop the broccoli and steam until soft
Step 2
Dice the garlic and shallots
Step 3
Saute the diced garlic, shallots and chilli flakes
Step 4
Once golden, add the steamed broccoli, along with chicken stock, salt, pepper, lemon juice/zest.
(Optional: add wine)
Step 5
Start boiling pasta while sauce simmers
Step 6
Add grated parmesan to thicken sauce
Step 7
Taste sauce and add herbs/spices if needed
Step 8
Drain pasta and stir through sauce
