Preheat oven into 180 degrees Celcius.

In a pan, pour in the olive oil then the butter. Sauté the garlic in medium temperature for 1 minute.

Using a spoon, put some mixed butter and garlic on the scallops.

Mix cheddar and mozzarella. Put the cheeses on top of each scallop.
Step 5
Place your baking pan in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, just enough for the cheese to melt. Don't let the garlic get burnt. Serve hot and with a smile!
