Air Fryer Scallops

This is one of my new favorite ways to cook scallops and it's so easy. Simple breaded scallops with a cajun inspired seasoning, air fried until GBD (golden, brown and delicious). You are left with a crispy outside and soft and delicate inside with some big flavors!

Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl add your scallops. Make sure to pat them nice and dry.
Step 3
Add your olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and oregano.
Step 4
Add your breadcrumbs and make sure to coat each scallop generously.
Step 5
Line in a single try and air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the outside is golden brown.
Step 6
Once cooked, move your scallops to a plate and drizzle a little melted butter over them.
Step 7
Then finish with some parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
