Step 1
In a bowl combine zucchini and cake mix. Mix together until the liquid starts to drain from zucchini and the batter starts to look wet. Then add in eggs and stir until the batter has fully formed. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts if you’re adding them. Place batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan then slice and enjoy.
