Vegan Cheezy Mac n Trees!

This delicious dairy-free, egg-free cheezy Mac is delicious with or without the trees (broccoli). However, it is always great to get veggies in when we can!

original or garden veggie would like work well too

shredded cheese - flavors and measurements can be varied - add more or less

16 ozvegan cheddar cheese

4 ozvegan Smoked Gouda cheese
shredded cheese - flavors and measurements can be varied - add more or less

2 ozvegan Parmesan cheese
shredded cheese - flavors and measurements can be varied - add more or less

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (~190 degrees C).

Boil water for pasta and cook according to the earliest time on box instructions (since it will cook more in the oven).

Cook frozen (or fresh) broccoli according to the earliest time on the package instructions (since it will cook more in the oven).

While the broccoli cooks, get a large bowl and mix together the pasta, plant milk, vegan cream cheese, vegan sour cream, vegan shredded mozzarella and cheddar, other cheeses you want mixed in (if applicable), garlic, seasoning salt, Himalayan sea salt, siracha, and red pepper flakes (if applicable).

Bake for 50-60 mins (until the center of the dish has cheese bubbling). Check it at 30 mins, but Violife and vegan cheeses (in general) take longer to melt. Therefore, recipes using vegan cheese tend to use lower temperatures for longer.
