Instructions

Step 1
To make the garlic bread, toast a slice of bread and spread on some butter or olive oil. For an easy quick version, I just add a sprinkle of garlic powder and onion powder along with salt and pepper. The other option is to finely chop up a clove of garlic and spread it on the toast. I still like to add onion powder and salt and pepper for this version too.
Step 2
Kale here is just massaged in olive oil and salt
Step 3
Fry eggs and top with a sprinkle of feta, za’atar and crushed red pepper.
