Instructions
For the chicken
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2
Grab a skillet and add in the oil over medium heat
Step 3
Once hot, place in the chicken cutlets or breasts
Step 4
Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt and pepper
Step 5
Cook for 4 minutes and then flip them over. Cook for another 4 minutes or until browned
Step 6
Once cooked, take them out of the pan and place them on a plate. Set aside.
For the sauce
Step 7
In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth.
Step 8
Add in the heavy whipping cream and stir constantly.
Step 9
Once it’s at a low boil, add in in the Sun dried tomatoes, half a cup of Parmesan cheese and some chopped fresh basil
Step 10
Add your chicken back in, put the lid on the skillet and place in the oven for 12-15 minutes
Step 11
Take it out of the oven and serve with angel hair or mashed potatoes. Add more Parmesan and basil for garnish.
