Ingredients

2garlic cloves
minced

½ teaspoonsalt

1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice

2 cupsrotisserie chicken
shedded

⅓ cupsun-dried tomatoes
diced

⅓ cupParmesan cheese
grated fresh

¼ cupbasil
coarsely chopped

8 ouncesfarfalle
uncooked
2 tablespoonsoil from sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil

vertically sliced

¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper

1 x 8 ouncepresliced mushrooms

¼ teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
Step 2
While pasta cooks, heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add sun-dried tomato oil; swirl to coat.
Step 4
Add onion; sauté 5 minutes or until tender.
Step 5
Add red pepper and garlic; cook 1 minute.
Step 6
Add mushrooms, salt, and black pepper, sauté 4 minutes
Step 7
Stir in lemon juice.
Step 8
Stir in pasta, chicken, and tomatoes.
Step 9
Reduce heat to low, cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
Step 10
Add cheese and basil; toss gently.
Step 11
