Ingredients

2sirloin steaks
grass fed, thinly sliced across the grain

4 tbspscoconut aminos

2 tbspsfresh ginger
grated

8 clovesgarlic
minced

6 tbspstoasted sesame oil

3 cupsbroccoli florets

1onion
medium, cut into thin wedges or slices

2carrots
julienned

1 cupbone broth
grass fed

2 tspsarrowroot powder

½ tspred pepper flakes

0.5green cabbage
shredded

Instructions
Step 1
Combine coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the sliced beef and stir to coat. Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat 2 tbsps sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add broccoli, onions, and carrots. Cook for about five minutes until tender, stirring constantly. Transfer veggies to a bowl.
Step 5
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to the skillet. Add beef and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Return veggies to the skillet.
Step 7
In a small bowl, whisk together broth, arrowroot, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
Step 8
Push beef and vegetables to the edges of the skillet and pour broth mixture into the middle.
Step 9
Cook over medium high heat, stirring until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Step 10
Stir to combine meet and vegetables with sauce. Transfer to another bowl
Step 11
Wipe out skillet. Add sesame oil and quickly cook cabbage until just wilted and tender.
Step 12
Top cabbage with meat and vegetables and top with sesame seeds
