Instructions
Step 1

Finely chop the onion, tomatoes and cucumber. Place in a large bowl.
Step 2

In a separate bowl, stir in the tomato juice, bell pepper, garlic, sugar, a little salt, black pepper, oil and vinegar and mix well. Then blend it. After blending add the chopped ingredients from before.
Step 3

Then Refrigerate and serve cold with garlic bread
