Instructions
Step 1
Put chicken, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, garlic granules, paprika, chili powder, butter, and chicken broth into crockpot. Mix together and set on high for 4 hours.
Step 2
When done cooking, shred chicken.
Step 3
Take leftover sauce from crockpot and reduce on medium setting on stove with flour. Once done add to shredded chicken and mix well.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with oil.
Step 5
Cut rolls carefully in half across in one motion, keeping rolls still joined together. Separate the tops on baking sheet and bottom in a well oils casserole dish. Brush with garlic butter on tops and bottom buns.
Step 6
Place chicken on bottom buns and cover the casserole and cookie sheet with aluminium foil. Bake 25-30 mins.
Step 7
Add coleslaw and pickles once done in oven. Put bun tops on and enjoy.
