Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°c
Step 2
In a roasting pan mix chicken livers, bell pepper and onion with 250g butter on top and roast for 20min
Step 3
Add cream and roast for a further 10min
Step 4
Remove from oven and blend until smooth
Step 5
Melt 200g butter and pack patê into a serving bowl or portion out to your liking.
Step 6
Pour the melted butter onto the top of the patê and add a sprig or 2 of thyme for garnish
