Instructions
Step 1
Start by slicing 1/4 of an onion and chopping a 1/2 stalk of green onions.


Step 2
Make your sauce: 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 or 1 Tbsp of sugar, and 40-50ml of water. Mix well until sugar is dissolved.



Step 3
Then, on medium heat, add 80g of beef brisket slices. Season with a tiny bit of salt and pepper.

Step 4
Toss in sliced onions and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5
Pour in your sauce and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6
While that is cooking, crack an egg and mix. Season with salt if needed.

Step 7
Pour egg mixture to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Evenly sprinkle green onions on top.

Step 9
Get your cooked rice ready. Transfer beef brisket on top of the rice.
Step 10
Add more green onions if needed and serve!
