Ingredients
4 servings
1 lbshrimp
0.5onion
5garlic cloves
8chiles de árbol
4tomatoes
lettuce
or cabbage
sour cream
2 cupsMozarrella cheese
you can also use Oaxaca, colby jack
12flour tortillas

black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a pan with medium high heat, add some oil and cook 2 of the garlic gloves, previously chopped until fragrant. Add 1/4 of a chopped onion until clear.
Step 2
In a pot add enough oil to fry the taquitos in a medium high temperature.
Step 3
Chopped the shrimp in a small pieces and add them to the pan with the onions and garlic. Season them with salt and pepper and let them cook for 5 minutes or until pink.
Step 4
For the salsa: in a pot with water add 2 tomatoes, garlic cloves, chiles and 1/4 of onion and bring them to boil. Cut the 2 tomatoes in cubes and place them in a small bowl. When the tomatoes in the pot look cooked, put them in a blender with the rest of the ingredientes in the pot, blend them until you have a salsa. Add the salsa to the bowl with the chopped tomatoes.
Step 5
In the warm tortillas, add the cooked shrimp mixture and cheese, until you are happy, creating taquitos. Place them in the pot with the hot oil until golden brown and crisp.
Step 6
Remove the taquitos from the oil and place them in a plate with a paper napkin to absorb the extra oil.
Step 7
Serve them with lettuce, salsa and cream cheese to taste.
