Instructions
Step 1
Soak beans in warm water for 5 minutes until the beans skin is loose

peel off beans skin, separate the shaft and rinse until clean
Step 3
Soak beans for 2 hours or overnight
Step 4
blend to a very smooth and thick consistency
Step 5
Place in a large bowl
Step 6
Add salt and whisk until light and fluffy
Step 7
Add chopped pepper, onion and mix
Step 8
Gently scoop mixture into hot oil on low heat
Step 9
Deep fry until golden brown on both sides
Step 10
Place on kitchen towels to drain excess oil
