Instructions
Step 1
Cut sirloin into thin slices 1/2 inch long.
Step 2
In heat resistant, non-metallic skillet, place oil and heat on top of range.
Step 3
Add garlic and onion to brown.
Step 4
While onion is browning, combine flour, salt, and pepper in plastic bag and coat beef slices.
Step 5
Brown coated beef in oil with onion and garlic.
Step 6
When beef is browned, add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir to combine.
Step 7
Heat, uncovered, on 100% power for 6 minutes in microwave or until beef is tender.
Step 8
Add sour cream, stirring constantly.
Step 9
Heat, uncovered, 70% power for additional 4 minutes or until heated to 150 degrees.
