Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Boil lasagna noodles in a large pan for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Brown ground beef - chop up and drain fat.
Step 4
In a sauce pan simmer crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, minced onion, garlic seasoning, and oregano.
Step 5
Add cooked hamburger.
Step 6
Simmer on low heat until sauce is thickened (30 min - 2 hours), stirring often.
Step 7
Spread a bit of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Step 8
Spread a layer of noodles, then a layer of sauce, and a layer of cheese.
Step 9
Repeat 3 times.
Step 10
Cook uncovered for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
Step 11
Let sit for 10 minutes on the counter to set.
