Instructions
Step 1
Drain tomatoes, cut potatoes into chunks
Step 2
Place tomatoes, garlic, salt, vinegars, water and chili in blender to make sauce
Step 3
Plaxe potatoes in oven proof dish and pour over sauce. Mix well.
Step 4
Bake at 180C for 40-50min
Step 5
Serve with eggplant and feta
