For the Filling
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Coat muffin tray with cooking spray.
Step 2
To make dough: in medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add olive oil, eggs and milk. Mix with fork until dough forms.
Step 3
Dust cutting board with flour. Roll dough out 1/8 thick, turning dough to prevent sticking.
Step 4
Cut out 12 4-inch circles. Press into muffin tin until bottoms touch the edges. Bake 15 minutes until golden.
Step 5
Combine filling ingredients into large bowl. Scoop 1/4 cup meat into each crust. Gentle pack evenly. Bake 10-15 minutes until meat cooked through.
