Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker, with silverside on top of the vegetables. Ensure silverside is almost emerged in the stock and water.
Step 2
Cook on low for 6½ hours until tender and slightly falling apart.
Step 3
Allow to rest for 10 minutes under foil before serving.
Step 4
Serve with mashed potato, vegetables from the slow cooker and green beans
