Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken to a pan and submerge in water. Add salt and pepper and the whole spices and bring it to a boil
Step 2
Let it simmer for another 20-25mins to extract all the flavour and ensure chicken is cooked through
Step 3
Remove the foam from the top as it boils
Step 4
Take chicken out and strain the liquid to ensure it is foam free and all the whole spices are filtered out
Step 5
Enjoy a warm cup of it, on its own or save to be used in other recipes as it is packed full of flavour and nutrients
