Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, baking powder. Add water, yoghurt, oil. Mix and knead until combine and smooth. Rest for 1 hour
Step 2
Saute onion and garlic. Add beef until cooked. Mix with seasonings. Make sure to dry the beef

For each wrap, we need 100gr (25cm), 2x30gr (15 cm). Round each cut, roll until reached required width.
Step 4
Heat pan with low to medium heat, toast each dough until bubbling and have brownish hint
Step 5
For each wrap, cut 1 15cm tortilla to make chips. Coat with oil, add chicken seasoning and chili powder. Bake for 10 mins 180c
Step 6
Assemble the wrap. Order: big tortilla, beef, mayonnaise, chips, lettuce, cheese, small tortilla. Fold the excess part of the big tortilla to cover the small tortilla.
Step 7
Heat pan with low to medium heat, toast the wrap with folded part down. Flip until brown. Ensure to let the wrap chill with folded side down to stiffen the fold so its not opened
