Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in large saute pan and add the leeks. Cook for a few minutes, until soft and just shy of browning, then add the cabbage.
Step 2
Cook for about 10min or until cabbage has softened considerably. Add the thyme and broth, followed by the apple.
Step 3
Cook for about 15 more minutes, or until apples have softened to your taste. Garnish with a little extra thyme.
