Instructions

Step 1
Add chickpeas, tahini, and minced garlic, to the pint mason jar wide open.
Step 2
cumin, juice of 1⁄2 lemon, and chickpea water into a food slowly.
Step 3
Hand bland mashed the ingredients to paste.
Step 4
Blend well until smooth. Add additional chickpea water 1 tablespoon as nedded.
Step 5
Top with celery seeds and serve.
