Remove the seeds of the pitted whole dates first.

Put the chopped dates in a pot, and add the water.

Bring the pot to medium heat till the dates become soft. This might take up to 5 minutes.

Add the date mixture to the food processor with the water, and blend it well until the paste is formed.

Rub a little coconut oil on your hands to handle the paste and prevent it from being too sticky.

First, put the date paste in a medium bowl, and then add the crushed tea biscuits and crushed walnuts. You can crush them by placing them in a gallon zip lock back and then crushing them using a masher.

Next, mix all the previous ingredients well using your hands until they become well-combined and you see that they have stuck to the paste.

Then, line a baking sheet and start forming the soft dough balls into ones of 2 inches in size.
Step 11
Finally, roll the balls in a bowl of coconut flakes and place them on the baking sheet. The balls are ready now.
