This Greek salad is easy, nutritious, and delicious. You can add whatever toppings you wish and be creative with it. One think I like about salads is they are almost lie a blank canvas that you can add any toppings too and you have the ability to make it your own! Actually, for this recipe I used homegrown lettuce, YES lettuce that WE, in my household grew so this was very special to us and that made the salad taste even better nosing where your greens came from. We used 50% spinach and 50% homegrown lettuce for this recipe just to switch it up and the flavors were incredible! Definitely a must try!

Step 1
Slice your veggies. Add your lettuces and spinach as the base for your salad. Add your toppings (I like to layer each topping instead of adding them all at once just for looks and because it makes it fun when you eat it:))
