Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Boil the potatoes, carrots and parsnips in salted water for 8-10 minutes until just tender. Drain and leave to steam dry for a few minutes.
Step 2
Place the veg, turkey breast and pigs in blankets on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the turkey breast is just cooked through and the veg has taken a little colour.
Step 3
Boil the sprouts for a few minutes while the rest is cooking in the oven. Mix the gravy granules with 150ml boiling water. Serve everything together and top with the gravy.
