Uh-oh! We're unable to calculate nutrition for this recipe because some ingredients aren't recognized.

Instructions

Step 1
Cube up 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts and throw that in a big pan, (I used a deep 12 inch. ) with some olive oil on medium high heat.
Step 2
Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano to your liking.
Step 3
Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to medium add pasta to your pan. For this, I used a 16 oz box of cavatappi. Cover the pasta with chicken stock. This was 1 box of the college inn chicken stock. And then I topped it off with a little bit of water to JUST cover it. Stirred in about 5 or 6 tablespoons of minced garlic, let it get to boiling then reduce the heat to medium low, covered for almost 10 minutes. After most of that liquid was gone I added in maybe 3/4 cup of half and half. Take Parmesan shaker cheese, and measure with your heart! I used almost an entire bottle. Stirred that all together and cover again for another 5 minutes I also had shredded Parmesan cheese I put on top with some parsley too.
Step 4
^^that last part, I like thicccc sauce so if you like yours thinner you don’t have to cover it again and can add more half and half if you don’t want it too thick.
