Instructions
Step 1
Mix all and knead to form soft dough.(Soft and elastic- not sticky)
Step 2
Place in a greased bowl, cover & let rise 11/2 hours or place in fridge for 24 hours for better flavour.
Step 3
Gently deflate dough. Let rest3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Divide in 1/2.
Step 5
Roll out ro 1/2" thick 7 cut rounds.
Step 6
Place on cornmeal sprinkled cookie sheets & sprinkle tops with additional cornmeal.
Step 7
Cover with plastic wrap & let rise 45-60 minutes. If refrigerated let rise 2 hours.
Step 8
Preheat frying pan or griddle to med-low. Cook muffins for 10-12 minutes on each side. Centre 190F.
