Instructions
Step 1
Put a sliced pumpkin in a saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
When the pumpkin is boiling for 3 minutes, add milk, add brown sugar, rice flakes and cook.
Step 3
Meanwhile, grate the apple.
Step 4
When the flakes are ready, add the grated apple and add a little olive oil.
