Instructions

Step 1
Stir together butter and Parmesan cheese. Spread 1.5 teaspoon butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
Step 2
Top each slice with a slice of provolone and a slice of mozzarella.
Step 3
Cook sandwiches in a pan over medium heat 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
