Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add mince, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon. When almost browned stir in rice and korma paste.
Step 2
Add 1 cup boiling water. Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium. Add cauliflower and broccoli. Cover and simmer for 6 minutes until vegetables are tender and rice is cooked through. Stir through coriander. Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve.
