Ingredients
8 servings

16 ozrotini

2 cupsbell pepper

1 cupcelery
diced

1 ½ cupschickpeas

1 cupcucumber

1 cupred onion

2 cupscherry tomatoes

1 cupblack olives

½ cupdill
For the dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta and chop the veggies.
Step 2
Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3
Strain pasta and run cold water over it. Add into large bowl with veggies and pour dressing on top. Mix!
Step 4
Keep in fridge for up to 5 days! Eat it for lunches all week long.
