Simple healthy breakfast or snack. I love these when I'm doing Paleo or craving something sweet with low sugar. Would also be great for pregnancy and breastfeeding. I plan to modify them to make baby "donuts" in the upcoming months!

Densely pack into donut tray rings or muffin tin, sprayed lightly with avocado oil.
Step 3
Bake at 350 for 15min.
Step 4
Let cool before removing from pan. Keep refrigerated
