My go to basic breakfast granola great as cereal or served with plant based yoghurt. Also delicious eaten by the handful as a healthy snack.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except dried cranberries/raisins and spread onto large lined baking she eet
Step 2
Bake @325 for 20-25min
Step 3
Sprinkle cran-raisins on top while still warm.
Step 4
Once cooled break apart and put into sealed storage container
