Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Take the garlic bulbs and cut just the top off so the gloves are all showing. Barely spray with olive oil. Then sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper. Wrap up in tin foil and put in oven for 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl mix 4 tablespoons of light mayo, 45 grams of greek yogurt, 1 egg yolk (just the egg yolk), 20g of water, 5 grams of olive oil, teaspoon lemon juice, 30g of sugar free maple syrup, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 5 grams of artificial sweetener, and 15g of parmesan cheese and mix.
Step 4
In same bowl add half gram of marjoram, half gram of basil, 12 grams of salt, 1 gram of oregano, 1 gram of crush red peppers, gram of black pepper, half gram of xanthan gum, and mix.
Step 5
When garlic is done, take out of oven and squeeze garlic out. Put garlic cloves into a garlic press and put into sauce mixture.
Step 6
Best when left to sit for 24 hours
