75g Cake Flour
Instructions
Step 1
Roast your nuts at 320F for 10 mins
Step 2
Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix in an egg to form dough
Step 3
Coarsely chop your nuts and chocolate and mix into dough
Step 4
Place onto nonstick pan, shape and dust with powdered sugar
Step 5
Bake at 338F / 170C for 30 min, then cut to serving size
Step 6
Re-Bake on their sides at 338F / 170C for 10 min
Step 7
FLIP each one, then continue baking another 10min
