1. Heat oil in Dutch oven, add beef and diced veggies, stirring to break up meat, drain off added fat. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot, including crumbling ramen and it's seasoning packet. 2. Bring to a boil; reduce to medium low heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with sour cream, cheese, green onions, I used my garlic chili oil...sooo delicious. WATCH IT ON TT💚👩🏽🍳
