Step 1
Pour the sugar and water into a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves and it becomes light-brown caramel.
Step 2
Pour the caramel into 4-6 small ramekins.
Step 3
Put the sugar and eggs in a large bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Put the milk, cinnamon powder, lemon zest and vanilla extract into a large bowl and stir slowly.
Step 5
Warm the milk in a saucepan, then pour it into the egg mixture while stirring.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into the ramekins.
Step 7
Fill the reservoir with fresh water up to the max line.
Step 8
Put the ramekins in a steam container and place the container on the A level of the oven. Tap "Send to oven" to start steaming.
