Golden Beet Succotash

This is David's spring creation and a family favorite.

Step 1

Lightly saute golden beets in butter with seasoning salt and Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning Mix. Add in corn and kale until kale wilts. Serve warm or at room temp.
