Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, drizzle olive oil and sizzle your chopped garlic and lemon zest for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Add the lemon juice and let it simmer for about 5 mins (this way it will lose its acidity).
Step 3
Add heavy cream, season with a pinch of salt and let your sauce simmer for about 3/4 minutes or until it thickens (if you use single cream, it might take a little bit more).
Step 4
In the meantime, boil your linguine in some salted water, drain and add them to your creamy lemon sauce.
Step 5
Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding some pasta water to make it super sexy!
Step 6
Serve with some freshly chopped parsley on top.
