Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta (al dente) in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Melt the butter in olive oil. Then add the onion (chopped) and cook for 3mins.
Step 3
Add the garlic (chopped) and cook for 1min. Then add the salt, pepper and wine and let simmer for about 3mins.
Step 4
Add the cream and let simmer for 3 more mins. Then add the pasta and pasta water.
Step 5
finally, add the finely chopped parsley and the grated parmesan, then stir.
