Instructions

Step 1
Cut pork into thick strips and place in a jug,discard of any white fat.
Step 2
In the jug with the pork slices combine all of the marinade ingredients. This can be done overnight.
Step 3
Thread the pork slices evenly between four wooden skewers
Step 4
Heat your grill and plcae pork skewers on. Turn the pork skewers every 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Step 5
Make rice,noodles or cous cous whilst skewers are cooking.
