Instructions

Step 1
Line rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat lightly with cooking spray.
Step 2
Saute onion and garlic until softened and golden, about 8 minutes. Transfer to large bowl.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir until well combined. Top with ketchup.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, or until meatloaf is cooked through no longer pink.
