Instructions

Seasoning

Step 1
Mix all seasoning ingredient into bowl/tray (including flour)

Chicken

Step 2
Cut up chicken wings into wings and drumettes
Step 3
Mix chicken pieces in the seasoning
Step 4
Spray oil on base of air fryer tray, then put chicken pieces into air fryer (do not stack on top of each other). Lightly spray the top of the chicken.
Step 5
Cook chicken in air fryer at 200°C for 15 mins

Sauce

Step 6
Mix together ingredients into saucepan
Step 7
Bring pot to the boil, then let simmer for 5 minutes until thickened
Step 8
Mix sauce with chicken and serve with rice
