Step 1
1. Weigh the cous cous and cover it with boiling water. Set aside.
2. Chop the pepper and mint into small pieces.
3. Drain the tin of beans, and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
4. Add the pomegranate and chicken then mix again.
5. Season, and serve.
