Instructions
Step 1
Combine chicken, soy source and garlic in large bowl. Mix
Step 2
Marinate for at least 1 hour
Step 3
Heat cooking pot. Pour oil.
Step 4
When oil is hot enough, pan fry marinated chicken for 2 mins per side
Step 5
Pour in remaining marinade including garlic. Add water, do not cover chicken. Bring to boil
Step 6
Add dried bay leaves and black pepper. Simmer for 30 mins or until chicken gets tender
Step 7
Add vinegar. Stir and cook for 10 mins
Step 8
Put in sugar and salt. Stir and turn off heat
