Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. Place berries in baking dish.


Step 2
In bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil or butter, and vanilla with your hands until it forms a crumbly consistency. You may need to adjust the almond flour up or down slightly. If you're using stevia or swerve, you can add a small amount to the topping at this point.

Step 3
Crumble the topping over the berries. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake until topping is lightly brown (about 20 mins if you used fresh berries, or 30-40 minutes if you used frozen).

Step 4
Once cobbler is finished, allow to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup as desired.
