Instructions
Step 1
Mix the cheese the 3 eggs and half of the yoghurt
Step 2
Bring butter to room temperature, or melt it lightly without allowing to get hot
Step 3
Build layers - pastry egg/cheese mix and pastry liquid butter
Step 4
When all done, mix the sparkling water with 3 eggs and wash/paint the top of it
Step 5
Bake at 200o C for around 35 minutes
